CRC’s alarm monitoring central station has been providing security, environmental, and medical alarm monitoring services as well as video verification and substation protection for over 25 years to thousands of subscribers nationwide.

CRC holds an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certification, the most widely recognized certificate in the industry and a membership with The Monitoring Association (TMA). In early 2011, CRC achieved the TMA Five Diamond Certificate, which requires an advanced level of alarm-handler training.
